On Members, they will find a link to the online form which is hosted on the Samsung page.

Once you have made your purchase, click on the above “Register Now” link to the Samsung website and fill in all the details including the IMEI of the device and upload proof of purchase (an image)

Upon successful registration, the customer will get an email confirmation for the entry.
